In April 2015, Bmor acquired the mixed-use block in rapidly gentrifying Peckham Rye.

The building benefitted from PD rights for the vacant office space, a single storey extension and an additional planning application for eight further units to the rear of the property, completed during Phase 2 works. We tweaked the existing PD application, enabling us to make way for seven more one-bedroom apartments aimed at first time buyers.
